Based in Fairfax, Virginia, Brandon R. Shapiro brings forth nearly twenty years of legal experience in Northern Virginia. As a NoVA native, Mr. Shapiro served as a Senior Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Fairfax County for over 12 years. Prior to his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Shapiro began his career in criminal defense. In 2018, Mr. Shapiro returned to criminal defense and personal injury work. He has since also developed family law experience.

Mr. Shapiro has garnered a variety of legal knowledge in skills over his career, but is well known for his ability in the courtroom as a true trial litigator.

Brandon R. Shapiro has appeared before the court in Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, Loudoun, Fauquier, Stafford, Culpepper, and Spotsylvania counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barton College and a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Shapiro was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2005.

He is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association.
